jobordo ERP is a true web platform for construction companies that need the field, project team, accounting office, and management working from the same operational data. Programmed SQL procedures own validation, numbering, posting, security, and audit rules so critical workflows remain consistent as the organization grows.

More than 15 years of web-based field time and quantity collection connect each job to labor, installed production, materials used, committed cost, billing quantities, and work ready to invoice. Project managers can compare estimates with actual productivity while accounting receives cleaner information for job cost, payroll, AIA applications, customer billing, and financial reporting.

The incentive-pay workflow rewards employees when verified production beats the project manager's productivity estimate. The program was reviewed by the U.S. Department of Labor and found compliant. That historical review is not a substitute for legal review of a customer's specific wage plan, union agreement, or jurisdiction.

jobordo includes a dedicated Reporting Portal for operational and financial reports and jobordo Analytics for management dashboards, trends, forecasts, productivity, weather context, and portfolio-level visibility. Multiple customizable security profiles keep each employee focused on the programs, forms, reports, jobs, and approvals appropriate to the role.

Jobordo Payments API adds processor-neutral card and ACH collection with initial adapters for E-xact Payments, Stripe, and Square. Contractors can connect their own merchant account, use provider-hosted payment entry, apply verified payments to customer invoices, and reconcile settlements and processor fees without storing card numbers or bank credentials in jobordo ERP.
